S&C KICKBOXING KIDS

Parents, the myth about strength training for kids has been debunked. Kids can strength train as early as 4 years old and they can benefit from it! This is why at Fitness Fusebox, we have developed a program that will teach safe, proper strength training and conditioning for kids and added kick-boxing for fun and self-defence into the mix. AKA the total package to get your kids involve in a healthy, active lifestyle!

Cellphones, I-pads and video games have taken over the kids from playing. Our goal is to bring back and inspire the love of movement back to their lives that will benefit our youth. Here are just some of the lists why S&C is important:

  • Teaches basic motor skills (crawling, jumping, climbing running, etc.)

  • Improves performance

  • Reduces injuries

  • Builds strength

  • Increases cardio-vascular endurance

  • Self-defence
