Kickboxing is a modern martial art that combines the basics of boxing combinations such as punches, kicks, knees, and elbow strikes. Our small group Cardio-Kickboxing Class is a fast-paced cardio workout that incorporates bodyweight exercises as well so you burn tons of calories as you have fun.
Suitable for all fitness levels (it’s great for beginners!) The class is a non-contact workout so you don’t have to worry about getting hit in the face. Combinations are usually being thrown in the punching bags or a standing bag for a full round that will get your heart rate up that will improve your cardiovascular training.
All you need to bring is your gloves and your fighting spirit!
