CARDIO KICKBOXING

Kickboxing is a modern martial art that combines the basics of boxing with powerful kicks, knees, and elbow strikes. Our Kickboxing Coaches, Emie and Danielle, used their years of experience to develop a program of high-intensity classes that combine Cardio Kickboxing and Circuit Training—guaranteed to leave you sweating.

 

Suitable for all fitness levels (it’s great for beginners), our Cardio Kickboxing class will teach you both self-defense and proper techniques for striking and kicking. Did we mention it’s also a ton of fun?
