CrossFit Kids is a strength & conditioning program that uses the CrossFit approach designed for our younger athletes to help encourage a lifestyle of fun & fitness.
Our constantly varied workouts will keep the kids and teens guessing so they never get bored and it gets them excited to participate! Pushing, pulling, throwing, climbing, jumping are just some of the functional movements involved in the programming. Kids must be set with fundamental exercises that are needed to do during play. All functional movements are taught and executed safely at a certain intensity with the close supervision of certified CrossFit Kid’s coach.
Our goal is to make the training FUN while delivering fitness for our future generation that will develop their skill, strength, team-work and confidence in a supportive environment.
