The CrossFit stimulus involves constantly varied high-intensity functional movement coupled with meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch, and no sugar. It prepares you for the demands of a healthy, functional, independent life and provides a hedge against chronic disease and incapacity.

 

This stimulus is elegant in the mathematical sense of being marked by simplicity and effectiveness. The proven elements of this broad and inclusive fitness program are what we term our CrossFit Essentials.

Pre-requisite Class: Intro to CrossFit

Intro to CrossFit 

Suitable for any fitness level, our Intro to CrossFit classes teach you everything you need to know about the fundamental movements used in CrossFit. Our coaches will walk you through every step, ensuring you're lifting the proper amount of weight and doing every movement in a safe, effective way. Once our coaches feel you've got the basics down, you're good to join any CrossFit class you'd like!
